Our technology produces an effective pre-determined PPM Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) solution that is created Electro-Chemical Activation (ECA). It occurs by temporarily changing the makeup of water, by passing salt through an electrolytic cell and temporarily changing the properties of the salt water into a powerful oxidizing agent exhibiting highly effective antimicrobial properties.

Prior to coming on board with PCT LTD, Art’s successful business career included high level financial positions such as CFO, VP, Corporate Controller and Regional Controller with public and private organizations, some of which include Haagen-Dazs and SYSCO, with concentrations in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Art’s passion is growing the “bottom-line” and increasing cash flow, all of which is due to his detail-oriented work ethic and setting high standards not only for himself, but for others as well.
